About Us

Elaine's working life has given her sound administration, management and organisational skills, together with confidence in public speaking and an ability to quickly establish excellent rapport with people.

She is a former member of the Public Relations Institute, Fundraising Institute of Australia, founding member of the Volunteer Centre in the Northern Territory and has a Certificate III in Community Services and Health.

Elaine was also privileged to be one of the torch bearers in the Torch Relay for the Sydney Olympics in 2000.

Elaine was appointed as a Civil Marriage Celebrant on 12 August 2004 after completing a Celebrants' course with Australian Celebrations Training Pty Ltd based at Victoria Point.

Elaine has married over 100 couples and can supply testimonials and personal references from happy couples if required.
