Celebration Of Life
Rose Ceremonies Provides Caring
and Personalised Funeral Ceremonies
A Celebration of Life or Funeral
Service marks the end of an era and the opportunity for a fitting
tribute to a person's life. For the family, the passing of a loved
one is probably as painful as it can get. However it can be made
a little less difficult to bear if thought, care and empathy are
paramount in the preparation of the service.
Nowadays Civil Celebrants often
conduct funerals where there is no particular religious adherence.
Services can be conducted at the funeral home, cemetery, crematorium,
chapel or other suitable venue. Sometimes a Memorial Service or
Scattering of the Ashes is called for and can be conducted in
a favourite garden, park or perhaps even held at sea.
As a Civil Celebrant Elaine has
conducted Celebrations of Life or Funeral Services with no religious
content or with a prayer, psalm or bible reading included. The
format and content of the ceremony is absolutely at the direction
of the immediate family and in conjunction with the executor.
If required, Elaine is able to write the eulogy in consultation
with the family; empathetically and accurately weaving the story
of the life of the deceased.
Memorial booklets including a photograph
of the loved one and content of their service are a great source
of comfort for the family. Elaine can prepare this booklet in
a format which you can then arrange to photocopy. Close family
or friends who are unable to travel to the service, will particularly
cherish this memento and find it helps just a little to ease their
loss.
Elaine works full-time in her celebrancy
business so she is available at short notice and whilst meetings
can be held in the privacy of her home office, Elaine will travel
to you if you prefer.
Rose Ceremonies believes that one
of the greatest satisfactions in life comes from helping other
people and it would be their privilege to hear from you if you
require their services for a loved one who is dying or has just
passed or if indeed you would like to pre-plan your own service.
