Two meetings at Rose Ceremonies office (in the privacy of Elaine and David's home) plus the rehearsal at the venue and the ceremony. Please note the first meeting can sometimes take about one and a half hours.

Completion of the "Notice of Intended Marriage" form, minimum one month and one day prior to your ceremony. All documentation prepared and filed with Births Deaths Marriages following your wedding day.

All assistance with ceremony, fully prepared exactly as you wish, ready for "order of ceremony" booklets if you require.

PA system and CD player - free of charge.

Rose Ceremonies is a family business. Elaine is the registered Civil Marriage Celebrant for attendance at weddings, her husband David's shirt bears the logo "Rose Ceremonies" with the words "Support Crew" - David is in charge of the signing table, chairs, PA system etc and will bring the CD player and play your music if you wish.

Two person signing table, chairs, tablecloths, chair covers and decorations - free of charge. Decorations include silver flutes, goblets, shells, silk flowers such as frangipani and roses, feather pen etc.

Library of books to loan - Elaine has a special lending system for her library and will loan books to help you plan your wedding or to write your own vows if you wish.

Choice of Celebrant's clothing to suit the fomality or otherwise of the ceremony and to respect the colours of the bridal party and the mothers of the bride and groom.

Additional suggestions for your ceremony eg. Sharing of the Wine Ceremony, Rose Ceremony, Candle Lighting and Ring Warming Ceremony.

Personalised entrance sign for the venue showing your names and time of the ceremony.

Presentation Marriage Certificate professionally prepared on the computer, care will be taken to give the certificate to a person of your choosing for safe keeping after your ceremony.

Together with your Marriage Certificate, we provide a presentation copy of the ceremony on rose stationery, a feedback request form and a copy of the Code of Conduct for Marriage Celebrants.

No hidden extras, our all inclusive fee is very reasonable and includes all of our services.
